Meet The Team
Donna Fejes, a certified Georgia Real Estate Pre-license Instructor, began her real estate career in the 1980s selling condos for a developer in Atlanta. From there, she went on to work as an unlicensed assistant to a broker, a licensed assistant to a broker, and a real estate sales agent. She eventually specialized in real estate transactions for a group of private investors.
She has handled residential and commercial transactions, 1031 exchanges, purchases and sales at real estate auctions, bidding on mortgage pools, and the audit of a brokerage firm. Donna has also worked in the credit industry as liaison with federal regulators regarding enforcement of the Truth in Lending Act, Dodd Frank, Do-Not-Call Registry, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Along with her real estate activities, Donna wrote commercial fiction and nonfiction biographies. Her biographies tell the stories of self-made tycoons, most of whom began accumulating wealth through real estate dealings. She’s a true believer in real estate as a means to prosperity, and enjoys helping to open that door for those who want to enter the real estate profession.
Neal comes from an educational background, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. Neal also has a Masters Degree in Educational Administration & Supervision, and an Educational Specialist Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University, in Harrogate, TN.
Neal & Amy, along with their business partners Kenneth and Monica Storey, are the owners of Maximum One® Executives, Premier, and Catalyst Realtors® with offices located in Alpharetta, Buford, Cumming, Duluth, Dawsonville, and Gainesville.
Along with running the brokerage, Neal offers weekly continuing education at various locations to help support real estate agents and the industry.
His vision is to prepare potential agents for their career in real estate and support them through continued educational opportunities beyond pre-licensing.
I originally obtained my license in 1993, but only worked in real estate for a short period of time as I was new to Georgia, had three children under 4 years of age, and NO childcare as my husband was working 70 hours a week. I got re-licensed in 2013 and have been working my business full time since then.
I started with Keller Williams and in 2016 was the productivity coach for the South Forsyth/Paddocks office.
I especially enjoy working with new agents, encouraging them to go further than they dreamed and to not give up when it doesn’t happen as quickly as they think it should. I was at Solid Source Realty with a partner from September 2017 until 2019- we were Team TRB. At Solid Source we were almost immediately in the top 40 agent list and finished 2018 in their Circle of Excellence - as the Number 2 Team in the company.
On a personal level, I am a CASA with Forsyth County (Court Appointed Special Advocate or Lay Guardian ad litem) - working with children in Foster Care as well as The Orange Duffle Bag Initiative that mentors at-risk high school students. My husband and I have lived in Forsyth County since 1997 and raised our three daughters here. We now also have two grandchildren. I spent many years as a substitute teacher in the Forsyth County school system and enjoyed teaching and coaching. Whether it be students or agents, my passion is to encourage people to reach their highest potential.

Dana Sparks is the Qualifying Broker of Maximum One Greater Atlanta, REALTORS® and the Director of the Georgia Real Estate Academy.
She has had her real estate license in Georgia for over 25 years and has had her Broker’s license for 16 years. With a passion for training and education, Dana has taught a myriad of real estate topics to thousands of agents throughout the years.
Her background, having a Ph.D. in Sport Psychology from the University of Virginia, has prepared her well for a career as a Broker and Instructor in Real Estate.

Kenneth M. Storey
Kenneth’s passion is to help spark what lies dormant on the inside of every one of us. With a never give up attitude, he helps to bring out the talents that are inside each of us. His focus is on business, specializing in real estate.
Kenneth has been in the real estate business for over 23 years. Working with his wonderful wife Monica, they have sold hundreds of homes. Currently working in a joint venture with their business partners, they have 5+ real estate offices in metro Atlanta.
Kenneth is a native of Clarksville, Tennessee and has resided in Atlanta since 1984, where he received his Associates Degree in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology. He has been married to Monica for over 27 years and they have one daughter, Destiny, who is a senior in college.
Kenneth’s motto is: Maximize every moment, because every moment matters.
Monica Storey has been a Real Estate Professional for over 16 years. Monica and her husband Kenneth have sold 500+ homes, land, churches and buildings.
As a full service real estate professional, Monica works with buyers, sellers, banks and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types. She has a vast knowledge of Bank Owned Properties and working with banks. Monica has also assisted in startup Real Estate companies that have become major brands locally and nationally. She has managed their own Real Estate Team of 8 people and has worked in the corporate fields with National and International Fortune 500 companies as Office Manager, Human Resources, Sales and Customer Service.
Monica has taught classes on How to Hire an Assistant and How to Get Organized. Currently, she and her husband are co-owners of the Maximum One Realty Executives franchise and they conduct monthly meetings and classes for the agents.
Monica who is a native of Greenville, SC. attended Bowie State College in Bowie, MD and then she moved to Atlanta in 1986 and served in both the Army and Air Force. She has served in churches as a Pastor, Church Administrator and Head of the Ushers Ministry. Monica has been happily married for 27 years to her amazing husband Kenneth and they are blessed to have one daughter, Destiny, who is a Senior in college.
Doug Dean is one of the founding partners of Shafritz & Dean, LLC. Together with Richard Shafritz, they formed Shafritz & Dean, LLC in November 2007, practicing primarily in residential and small commercial real estate. The firm has 14 offices in metro Atlanta, and typically closes over 2,400 real estate transactions each year.
Shafritz & Dean, LLC has a real estate school approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Doug is also an approved instructor through the Georgia Real Estate Academy. Through the 2 schools, Doug has taught continuing education (CE) classes to hundreds of real estate agents on pertinent topics our industry, including Code of Ethics, License Law, and Contracts, among others. He receives many rave reviews from agents, grateful for his ability to dissect complex topics into smaller, easily understood, component parts.
Doug is originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia. He attended Georgia Tech, where he received a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and dual certificates in Engineering Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Doug played football at Georgia Tech, and earned his varsity letter during his senior year.
Jose Plascencia began his professional career within the finance industry with LSI Mortgage Plus in 2008.
Upon leaving LSI he set his career path at Equity Prime Mortgage LLC. Plascencia has held the position of
Treasurer and VP of NAHREP and is currently President for the Atlanta Chapter of NAHREP.
"The Best Never Rest" is something you can find him saying while working within numerous organizations such as
NAMAR, MBAG and NAMMBA.
He wants to "Help Finance the American Dream" and it is no surprise he has been recognized as Top Producer within the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia (MBAG).
Andy Coleman attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with honors, earning a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems. From there, his journey has been one that has prepared him to have immense success in the real estate industry. His career path includes, purchasing coordinator, web developer, data analyst, marketing director, consulting, and a long stint as a middle and high school teacher in the areas of mathematics, computer science, and marketing & entrepreneurship.
While teaching, he obtained a master’s degree in secondary education. All along the path, the passion for real estate and development never escaped his dreams of one day making that a full time enterprise. Andy’s community involvement is impeccable. He has served as a DECA, FBLA, & FCA advisor, elected member of the Local School Council, and spent countless hours involved in planning and development issues within the local government of Forsyth County.
Andy has spent countless hours and obtained certifications in the industry of marketing and advertising over the past decade, and has had unprecedented success carrying this over to the real estate marketing world.
