WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BECOME A REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON?

HOW DO I REGISTER?

You can register for our Cumming location courses on our website, or by calling 470-400-9877 Ext. 106. You may also stop by our location at 675 E.E Butler Parkway Gainesville, Ga 30501 during our business hours M-F 9am- 5pm (please call our office prior to stopping by).

WHAT IS THE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

Refunds apply to tuition fees only, not shipping and materials, and are per person per event. A WRITTEN refund request must be received in our office 1 business day prior to the start of class. All refunds are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of 25% of course fee. This fee will remain on your account for one year, and may be applied to future seminars offered by Georgia Real Estate Academy. There are NO refunds for completed online courses or once a class begins.

WHAT IS THE FEE FOR THE STATE SALES PERSON EXAM?

WHAT ARE THE CORPORATE HOURS FOR THE SCHOOL?
